Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your Oséree pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments remain unworn, with original tags and hygiene stickers intact for a valid return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our dedicated Return Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Oséree packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for hygiene compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
